Hos kunden pågår ett program som innebär en modernisering och standardisering av berörd verksamhet genom att implementera SAP S/4 och utveckla framtidens processer och arbetssätt.

Programmet är indelat i två etapper med olika faser och befinner sig nu i uppstartsfas av Etapp2. Inom Etapp2 kommer nya eller ändrade förmågor inom Inköp och kategori, pris och kampanj, logistik, finans och butik att realiseras. Etapp2 innehåller även en stor mängd gränssnitt och beroende till andra system. Ett stort antal medarbetare kommer att utbildas i de nya processerna.

Programmet är ett strategiskt initiativ som i helhet och dess påverkan på verksamheten är omfattande, tillika är det en möjliggörare för flera av övriga strategiska initiativ. Följaktligen kommer det att vara det högst prioriterade IT-programmet under kommande år.

Ansvar och aktiviteter som ska genomföras inom ramen för uppdraget:

We are looking for a Change Manager who will play a key role in ensuring that the program will meet defined objectives on time and on budget by ensuring employee commitment. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The change manager will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The change manager will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them to fulfil the role of change sponsor. The change manager will also provide direct guidance and support to Change Agents as they help their organization through transitions. The change manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. You have several years of experience working with Change Management, within ERP context is a merit.

 

The OCM transformation will operate in a complex structure consisting of a matric oriented program organisation with multiple parallel OCM initiative, spread over all the organisation throughout the country. Having to address OCM on board level, top executive level as well as on tactical and operational level in specific stores, logistic terminal or teams in HQ/regional HQ when planned or needed. OCM also include handling OCM for vendors and IT-partners.

 

Being able to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.

 

Responsibilities:

•      Together with SI partner, responsible for outlining OCM Scope, OCM Flight Plan, Organisational context analysis and findings and stakeholder management strateg.

•      Business Impact (BI) Analysis and BI mitigation & promotion plan

•      Together with training stream responsible for training strategy and Change network & engagement plan

•      Responsible for applying the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program.

•      Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

•      Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify, coach and manage key stakeholders.

•      Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

•      Drive change within the organisation and support executive management and key stake holders

•      Consult and coach project teams.

•      Integrate change management activities into project plan.

•      Close collaboration with Program Management, Project Managers and line of Business.


Kompetenskrav

•      Have a business and customer-oriented mindset and are skilful in managing many stakeholders.

•      Proven track record of Change Management within larger Programs.

•      A solid understanding of Change Management within ERP context is a merit.

•      A proven understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

•      Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, such as e.g. 7S, ADKAR etc

•      Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

•      Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

•      Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

•      Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

•      Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

•      Proven record to support senior executives and key management
